摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与抗菌药物管理对抗菌药物合理使用的影响,探索适合的抗菌管理措施。方法对临床药师参与抗菌药物管理前、后住院患者病历中抗菌药物使用情况进行点评、汇总,同时比较参与前后抗菌药物监测指标及不良反应发生率。结果临床药师参与管理后,患者抗菌药物使用强度,抗菌药物使用率,抗菌药物金额占药物总金额比率及抗菌使用不合格率均明显降低。结论临床药师作为抗菌药物科学化管理(AMS)小组团队的重要一员,参与抗菌药物使用和管理过程,可有效改善抗菌药物的不合理使用状况。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists’participation in antimicrobial management on the rational use of antimicrobial,and to explore appropriate antimicrobial management measures.Methods The use of antibiotics in the medical records of hospitalized patients before and after clinical pharmacists’participation in antimicrobial management were reviewed and summarized,and the monitoring indicators of antibiotics and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after participation were compared.Results After clinical pharmacists participated in the management,the intensity of antibiotic use,the rate of antibiotic use,the ratio of the amount of antibiotics to the total amount of drugs,and the rate of unqualified antibacterial use were significantly reduced.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists,as an important member of the antimicrobial stewardship(AMS)team,participating in the process of antimicrobial use and management can effectively improve the irrational use of antimicrobials.
