摘 要:目的了解口腔专科医疗机构智慧服务现状,为推进信息化建设提供依据。方法对84家口腔专科医院进行问卷调查,了解其医院信息系统建设水平、患者服务系统应用现状和智慧服务分级评估情况。结果共84家口腔专科医院参与调查,信息建设总体投入规模较小,患者就诊管理与服务信息系统的部分子系统应用较为广泛,智慧服务分级评估参与率为21.43%。结论口腔专科医院智慧服务作用初显,但仍处于“打基础”阶段,未来应进一步加强顶层设计,制定整体规划,加快发展线上线下一体化的智能服务模式。Objective To understand the current situation of intelligent service in stomatological institutions so as to provide evidence for promoting the information construction of hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 84 stomatological hospitals to learn about their information construction,application of patient service system and classification evaluation of intelligent services.Results A total of 84 stomatological hospitals participated in the survey.The overall investment scale was small.Several sub-information systems for patients’treatment management and service were widely used.The participation rate of intelligent service grading assessment was 21.43%.Conclusion The role of intelligent service in stomatological hospitals is emerging,but it is still in the fundamental stage.In the future,the top-level design should be further strengthened,an overall plan should be formulated,and the development of an online and offline integrated intelligent service model should be accelerated.
