摘　　要：病案首页是病案信息的核心部分,在临床诊疗、医院管理、科研教学等方面发挥着重要作用,目前国内口腔行业缺少一套可实现质控功能的门急诊病案首页。北京大学口腔医院设计的口腔门急诊病案首页将口腔专业病案首页和电子病历系统结合,突出质控功能,不仅有利于完善病案首页关键信息、提高临床首页填写质量和效率,同时可以提升医疗质量,保障患者安全,并为医疗管理提供高质量数据支持。The homepage of medical records is the core of all medical record information.It plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment,hospital management,scientific research and teaching.At present,there is no unified homepage pf stomatology outpatient and emergency medical records for quality control.With a highlight of its quality control function,the homepage of stomatology outpatient and emergency medical records designed by Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology innovatively combines the medical records homepage system with the electronic medical records system.Its application can not only be conducive to improving the key information of the medical record homepage,but also can improve the efficiency of clinical work and the level of medical quality management,ensuring the safety of patients,and providing high-quality data support for medical management.
