摘　　要：犯罪思维模式是指有助于实施和维持习惯性反社会行为和犯罪行为的思维内容和认知过程。作为一种扭曲的认知模式,犯罪思维模式对犯罪行为、再犯有显著的正向预测作用。犯罪思维模式的形成受到年龄、受教育程度等人口统计学变量,人格特征、低自我控制、精神病态等个体特征变量以及家庭环境、同伴关系等社会情境变量影响。后续研究还需要进一步关注犯罪思维模式的概念内涵、作用机制、测量工具、影响因素和干预机制等方面。Criminal thinking style refers to the thinking content and cognitive process that helps to implement and maintain habitual antisocial behavior and criminal behavior.As a distorted cognitive mode,criminal thinking style has a significant positive predictive effect on criminal behavior and recidivism.Criminal thinking style is influenced by demographic variables such as age,education level,personality characteristics such as low self-control,psychosis and situational factors such as family environment and peer relationship.The follow-up research needs to pay more attention to the concept connotation,action mechanism,measurement tools,influencing factors and intervention mechanism of criminal thinking mode.
