摘　　要：目的:检索、分析和总结先天性心脏病病人运动管理的最佳证据,为医务人员提供参考。方法:依据“6S”模型系统检索国内外数据库、专业网站关于先天性心脏病运动管理相关证据,检索时限为2016年1月1日—2021年8月26日。采用AGREEⅡ(2017)版评价系统进行指南评价,采用循证卫生保健中心的文献质量评价标准和Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)证据预分级及证据推荐级别系统(2014版)对各类研究进行质量评价及证据级别评定。结果:共纳入19篇文献,其中临床决策1篇、指南3篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结1篇、推荐实践1篇、系统评价10篇。最终总结了20条最佳证据。结论:应结合系统化评估结果对先天性心脏病病人进行个性化运动指导,加强对病人的运动监测,鼓励病人/家属参与运动管理。同时,证据应用者需对证据进行持续更新,通过应用最佳证据,优化先天性心脏病病人运动管理实践。Objective:To retrieve,analyze and summarize the best evidence of exercise management for patients with congenital heart disease,so as to provide references for medical staff.Methods:Based on the "6 S" model system,related evidence on exercise management of congenital heart disease was searched from domestic and foreign databases and professional websites.The retrieval time was from January 1,2016 to August 26,2021.AGREE II(2017 edition) was used for the guideline evaluation.The document quality evaluation standards of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) Evidence-Based Health Care Center and JBI evidence pre-grading and evidence recommendation level system(2014 version) were used to evaluate the quality of various studies and the level of evidence.Results:A total of 19 articles were included,involving 1 clinical decision,3 guidelines,3 expert consensus,1 evidence summary,1 recommended practice,and 10 systematic reviews.Finally,20 pieces of best evidence were summarized.Conclusion:Individual exercise guidance should be given to patients with congenital heart disease based on the results of systematic evaluation,exercise monitoring should be strengthened,and patients/family members should be encouraged to participate in exercise management.At the same time,the evidence applicator needs to continuously update the evidence,and optimize the exercise management practice of patients with congenital heart disease by applying the best evidence.
