新文科视域下财经类人才培养模式改革探索——基于上海财经大学国际组织后备人才培养的实践

摘　　要：随着世界政治经济格局的深刻调整和中国参与全球治理体系的不断深入,加快国际组织后备人才培养已成为一项国家战略,而传统财经类人才培养模式难以有效回应这一战略需要。上海财经大学在办学过程中心怀“国之大者”,为党育人、为国育才,主动对接国家战略,勇于承担使命职责,依托学科优势,培养传统和国际化师资队伍,以新文科理念为指导,基于交叉复合与产教融合,整体性重构培养体系,探索财经类国际组织人才培养模式,为推动我国全面参与全球经济治理体系改革提供智力支持和人才支撑。在此过程中,学校形成一些基本经验可供参考和借鉴:一是胸怀大局,践行高校人才培养的新时代使命;二是举校体制,破解专业复合的学院与学科壁垒;三是开放协同,在全球范围内寻找优质教育资源;四是分类培养,形成全链条全流程闭环管理体系。With the profound changes in the world political and economic landscape and China’s deeper participation in the global governance,speeding up the training of reserve talent for international organizations has become a national strategy,and yet the major challenge to the traditional financial and economic talent training mode.Shanghai University of Finance and Economics(SUFE)attaches great importance to“the top priorities of the country”,and endeavors to reform the training mode to cultivate talent for the Party and the country in line with the national strategy and the university mission.Based on its discipline advantages and the connotations of new humanities and social sciences,SUFE manages to foster traditional and international faculty teams,reconstruct the overall training system,and explore the talent training mode for international organizations based on crossdisciplinary and industry-education integration.These endeavors are to provide intellectual and talent support for China’s full participation in the reform of global economic governance.In this process,some basic ideas have been developed for reference:first,colleges and universities should have a broader view in practicing the mission of cultivating talent for the new era;second,all possible resources should be mobilized to remove the barriers between schools and between disciplines;third,college and universities should search globally for high-quality educational resources through international cooperation;fourth,classified talent cultivation should be pursued to form a whole-process and closed-loop management system.
