摘 要:实验建立了利用催化热解-冷原子吸收分光光度法测量工业园区污水处理厂污泥中汞含量的方法,根据汞含量高低分别建立高低浓度标准曲线,在0~500ng范围内标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;通过仪器参数优化,测试污泥中汞含量检出限为0.2μg/kg(以称样量0.1g计),精密度为2.3%~4.8%,汞标样检测结果在标准物质不确定度范围内,污泥样品加标回收率为92.2%~97.8%,方法比对实验检测结果相对偏差为0.3%~7.1%,高含量样品固体稀释法测量结果相对偏差/相对误差为0.7%、8.2%。相比微波消解-原子荧光法,该方法操作简便、耗时较短、无基体干扰、重现性好、准确度高,适合工业园区污水处理厂检测污泥中的汞含量。The method of catalytic pyrolysis cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry for measuring mercury content in sludge of sewage treatment plant in industrial park was established.The high and low concentration standard curves were established according to the mercury content.The linear relationship between the standard curves was good within the range of 0-500ng,and the correlation coefficients reached 0.9999;Through the optimization of instrument parameters,the detection limit of mercury content in sludge can reach 0.2μg/kg(calculated by weighing 0.1g of sample),with a precision of 2.3%~4.8%.The mercury standard sample detection results are within the uncertainty range of reference materials.The recovery rate of sludge sample spiking is 92.2%~97.8%.The relative deviation of method comparison test results is 0.3%~7.1%.The relative deviation/relative error of solid dilution method for high content samples is 0.7%and 8.2%.Compared with microwave digestion atomic fluorescence method,this method is simple in operation,short in time,no matrix interference,good in reproducibility and high in accuracy,and is suitable for the detection of mercury content in sludge of sewage treatment plants in industrial parks.
