间硝基苯甲醛肟合成研究

摘  要:文中简要介绍了间硝基苯甲醛肟的合成方法,并对吡啶法进行详细分析,得出最优条件。通过以吡啶为碱性催化剂,间硝基苯甲醛与盐酸羟胺在乙醇中反应得到间硝基苯甲醛肟粗品,再用乙酸乙酯溶解,经过水、稀盐酸、饱和碳酸氢钠以及饱和食盐水洗涤和分水,最后用无水硫酸镁干燥抽滤得到橙红色晶体间硝基苯甲醛肟,液谱含量99%,收率为99%。实验结果表明此方法具备反应条件温和、操作简单和产率高等特点。In this paper, the synthesis method of m-nitrobenzaldehyde oxime was briefly introduced,and the pyridine method was analyzed in detail, and the optimal conditions were obtained. By pyridine as alkaline catalyst, between nitrobenzene formaldehyde react with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in ethanol to get between nitrobenzene formaldehyde oxime crude products, reoccupy ethyl acetate dissolved, after water,dilute hydrochloric acid and saturated sodium bicarbonate and saturated salt water washing and water, the last with anhydrous magnesium sulfate dry nitrobenzene formaldehyde oxime, between the suction filter to get orange red crystal liquid spectral content is 99%, the yield was 99%. The experimental results show that this method has the characteristics of mild reaction conditions, simple operation and high yield.
