摘　　要：采用生物基支链型多元醇、助剂、增塑剂、填料等为A组分,以多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯进行复配为B组分,得到无溶剂双组分聚氨酯自流平地坪涂料。所得涂层具有较好表面效果、力学性能,脚感舒适,无噪音,符合绿色环境友好型涂料要求,施工环境污染小。Two-component solvent-free polyurethane self-leveling floor coatings were prepared.The component A is a mixture of branched bio-polyols,additives,plasticizers and fillers.The component B is polymethylene polyphenylene isocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.The coatings obtained therefrom feature good appearance,mechanical property,comfort level and no noise.The coatings meet the requirements of environmentally friendly coatings and hardly pollute construction environment.
