摘 要:实验研究了以SBA-15为载体,以柠檬酸铵为还原剂还原Cu^(2+)制备Cu(I)-SBA-15型π-络合吸附剂的最佳工艺条件,并将其用于乙烯/乙烷的分离过程,同时还研究了载体SBA-15扩孔对乙烯/乙烷的吸附分离的影响。实验结果表明:柠檬酸铵为还原剂可以实现Cu^(2+)的还原,其最佳条件为还原温度300℃,铜源与还原剂摩尔比值为2。在最佳条件下制备出的改性吸附剂对乙烯的吸附量达到1.54 mmol/g,分离比为1.64。载体SBA-15扩孔后,两种吸附质的吸附量均略有降低,单分离比明显增加,达到1.86。研究结果对Cu(I)-SBA-15型π-络合吸附剂的应用有较大的指导意义。The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of Cu(Ⅰ)-SBA-15 π-complex adsorbent using SBA-15 as carrier and ammonium citrate as reductant were studied.The effect of reaming SBA-15 on the adsorption and separation of ethylene/ethane was also studied.The experimental results show that ammonium citrate as reducing agent can achieve the reduction of Cu^(2+),and the best conditions are the reduction temperature of 300℃,the molar ratio of copper source to reducing agent is 2.The ethylene adsorption capacity of the adsorbent was 1.54mmol/g and the separation ratio was 1.64 under the optimum conditions.After the pore broadening of SBA-15,the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for ethylene and ethane decreased slightly,and the separation ratio increased to 1.86.The results have great guiding significance for the preparation of Cu(Ⅰ)-SBA-15 π-complex adsorbents.
