摘　　要：介绍了氮气系统管网运行过程中泄漏、计量偏差等工况的计算方法,并简述了某公司在氮气产耗管理过程中的主要工作,通过采取排查管网漏点、降低储罐VOCs系统补氮压力、减少机封补氮用量等措施,大大降低了氮气消耗量,最终减少氮气外购费用约1200万元/年,对同类企业具有较大借鉴意义。This paper introduces the calculation method of leakage,metering deviation and other working conditions in the operation of nitrogen system pipe network,and briefly describes the main work of a company in the process of nitrogen production and consumption management.By taking measures such as checking pipe network leakage points,reducing the nitrogen supplement pressure of tank VOCs system,reducing the amount of nitrogen supplement for mechanical seals,the nitrogen consumption is greatly reduced,and finally the nitrogen outsourcing cost is reduced by about 12 million yuan/year,which has great reference significance for similar enterprises.
