摘  要:介绍了无机盐混凝剂的低能耗及高混凝强度的生产工艺:(1)用铝土矿粉做原料+本身含铁钛钙镁氧化物做碱化剂,采用加压反应釜生产工艺,生产聚合微碱式铝铁多元盐混凝剂,碱化度B≈8%,混凝强度C≥98%;(2)用硫铁矿烧渣做原料+活性铝土矿粉做碱化剂,采用加热反应釜或加热反应池生产工艺,生产聚合碱式铁铝多元盐混凝剂,碱化度B≈28%,混凝强度C≥99%。测定成品液的化学成分用于计算其碱化度(B%)、混凝强度(C%)和分子式。Production technologies with low energy consumption and high coagulation intensity of inorganic salt coagulant are introduced:(1) bauxite powder as raw material and Fe-containing Ti-Ca-Mg oxide as alkalizing agent,by pressurized reverse kettle production process,produce the polymeric micro-basic Al-Fe multi salt coagulant,and alkalization degree B≈8%,coagulation intensity C≥98%.(2) pyrite cinder as raw material and active bauxite powder as alkalizing agent,by the heating reaction kettle or heating reaction tank,produce polymeric basic iron-aluminum multi salt coagulant,and alkalization degree B≈28%,coagulation intensity C≥98%.Determine chemical compositions of the finished liquid to calculate its alkalinity(B%),coagulation intensity(C%) and molecular formula.
