摘　　要：某公司催化裂化装置在2021年12月停工检修时,对分馏塔顶油气-除盐水冷却器E-0201A-H共8台冷却器进行检修,拆检后发现部分冷却器的管束表面结垢,局部存在点蚀和坑蚀,冷却器的部分管板有径向裂纹。本文结合日常冷却器的运行情况及检修过程中的拆检情况,对冷却器腐蚀机理进行分析后提出了防腐措施,保证装置长周期运行。When the catalytic cracking unit of a company was shut down for maintenance in December 2021,a total of 8 coolers were inspected for oil-gas-salt water cooler E-0201A-H on the top of the fractionation tower.After disassembly,it was found that the surface of some coolers had scale,local pitting and pitting corrosion,and some of the tube plates of the coolers had radial cracks.In this peper,according to the daily opearation of the cooler and the disassembly and inspection in the maintenance process,the corrosion mechanism of the decay cooler is analyzed and the anti-corrosion measures are put forward to ensure the long cycle operation of the device.
