摘 要:某风电场风力发电塔法兰因金相组织问题,在低温情况下存在破坏的危险。因此,提出了采用高强度拉铆钉连接上下两侧塔筒筒壁与附加节点板,并以钢粘胶增大节点板与塔筒间摩擦系数的加固设计,并对加固后的结构进行了有限元分析。有限元分析结果显示,加固结构起到了代替法兰传递塔筒受力的作用,在承受极限荷载与疲劳荷载时结构处于安全状态,满足风机运行的要求。The wind turbine tower flange of a wind farm is in danger under the low temperature condition because of the metallographic structure problem.Therefore,a reinforcement design was proposed which high-strength rivets were used to connect the upper and lower sides of the tower wall and the additional gusset plate,and steel glue was used to increase the friction coefficient between the gusset plate and the tower.Finite element analysis of the reinforced structure was developed,and the result showed that the reinforced structure played the role of replacing the flange to transmit the force in the tower wall.And the structure is safe when bearing the ultimate load and fatigue load,which meets the wind turbine operation requirements.
