摘 要:基于充气膜的受力原理,将充气膜体和桥面承载板组合形成两种受力结构型式。第一种型式膜体发挥了类似张弦结构支撑杆的作用,通过膜体体积增大,形成高强索和桥面板的体外支距,导致高强索张紧,产生对桥面板的向上顶推,从而提高结构承载能力。第二种型式膜体顶部直接和桥面板连接,膜体既作为充气膜的封闭膜,又等效为和膜体耦合的张拉密索,通过膜体充气变形实现膜体膨胀、张紧,实现对桥面板的上托,8m跨径全桥质量能控制在1700kg以内,能满足快速架设的需要。主要研究结论:(1)数值分析证明了这两种结构型式的合理性,能满足强度和刚度的需要,膜体应力能控制在250MPa之内,活荷载挠度控制在跨径的1/200之内;(2)屈曲稳定分析表明,两种结构体系的桥面板均能满足整体和局部稳定;(3)两种结构型式中尚有构造方面的细节需要进一步研究,包括膜体和桥面板的连接以及膜体的附属构造等。Based on the theory of the inflatable membrane,the inflatable membrane and the bridge deck are combined to form two types of structure systems.In one of the structure types,the membrane plays a role like the strut of a beam string structure.By increasing the volume of membrane,the arm of force between the highstrength cable and the bridge deck is formed,resulting in the increased tension of the cable,the upward pushed deck,and the strengthened bearing capacity of the structure.For the other structure type,the top of the membrane body is directly connected to the bridge deck.The membrane body is not only a closed membrane of the inflatable membrane,but also function as a tensioning cable coupled with the membrane body.The expansion and tension of the membrane body are achieved by inflating the membrane body,which provides a vertical support to the bridge deck.The weight of an 8m span bridge can be controlled within 1700kg,so that it is beneficial for ABC.Numerical analysis validates effectiveness of the two structure types in terms of strength and stiffness requirements.The tensile stress of membrane can be controlled within 250MPa,and the live load deflection can be less than 1/200 of the span length.The buckling analysis shows that the bridge deck of the two structural systems have sufficient global and local stability.
