摘 要:依托东晓南路-广州南站连接线南段工程第一标段大石水道主桥9轴~10轴的水中承台施工为背景,研究潮汐环境下“8字型”复合钢围堰的止水技术。通过对3种不同止水材料的试验对比,不同配比的级配材料的试验对比,确定了最佳的材料及配合比。通过钢围堰定位技术,为止水效果的实现提供有利条件。提出在主体钢管桩上焊接拉森锁扣的方法,保证复合钢围堰钢管桩与钢板桩之间连接的可靠性及止水效果。实践证明,通过本项目研究成果的应用,潮汐环境下“8字型”复合钢围堰可实现较好的止水效果,为同类型项目施工提供参考与指导。Based on the construction of underwater pile cap of the main bridge in the Dashi waterway first section of the Dongxiao South Road-Guangzhou South Station Project,research on the water sealing technology of "8-shaped" composite steel cofferdam in tidal environment is conducted.By the comparison of three different sealing materials and graded materials with different proportions,the best material and the optimal mixture ratio are determined.Using precisely positioning technology in the steel cofferdam,favorable conditions is provided for good water sealing effect.The method of welding Larsen lock onto main steel pipe pile is put forward to ensure the reliability and water sealing effect of connection between steel pipe pile and steel sheet pile of composite steel cofferdam.The application of this research results in this project has proved that the "8-shaped" composite steel cofferdam can achieve better water sealing effect under tidal environment,which can provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
