摘　　要：文章梳理了襄阳智慧城市的建设取得的成就以及对襄阳城市软实力提升的作用,同时分析了智慧城市建设过程中的问题,由此提出襄阳智慧城市建设提升城市软实力的总体思路和优化路径。This paper analyzes the achievements of the construction of Xiangyang smart city and its role in promoting the soft power of Xiangyang city,and puts forward the general idea and optimization path of promoting the soft power of Xiangyang smart city construction.
