摘  要:神经系统药物检测具有重要的现实意义,电化学方法简单、灵敏、快速,已广泛用于此类药物的检验分析并取得诸多成果。一般来说,实际检测过程会受一些因素制约,其关键点:一是根据分子的电化学活性、结构、水溶性、测定要求等因素来确定药物的类型,制备合适的工作电极及选择恰当的检测方法;二是通过灵敏度、选择性、稳定性、再现性等几个重要参数指标来评价工作电极的效能及检测方法的实用价值。因此,实施电化学检测时需从目标辨识、电极制备、方法选择、效果评价等四个方面进行通盘考虑。Detections of neurological drugs are of practical importance and electrochemical methods have been widely used in assays of these drugs and attained lots of achievements owing to their simplicity,sensitivity and quickness.In general,the practical detection processes are restricted by some factors.And the key points lie in that:On one hand,the identification of drug categories,the preparation of working electrodes and the selection of detection methods should be based on the electrochemical activity,structure,solubility of drugs as well as testing requirements.On the other hand,the performance of working electrodes and utility value of the analytical methods should be evaluated according to some important parameter indexes,such as sensitivity,selectivity,stability and reproducibility.Therefore,four aspects including target identification,electrode preparation,methods selection and effectiveness evaluation should be taken into overall consideration during the implementation of electrochemical detections.
