摘　　要：在司法体系和司法能力现代化加速推进的大背景下,传统法庭科学存在与时代发展对话滞后、体系证成不周延、内外部约束条件适调困难等短板。构建现代法庭科学学科,成为适应以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革、推进司法现代化的必然选择。建立范畴体系、拓宽研究范围、明晰交叉学科定位、满足法庭科学“四型”人才需求为这一交叉学科发展完善提供了必要性;以丰富的学科建设经验为创新基点、以明确的研究对象和研究内容为支撑、以清晰的发展目标为动力、以“现代法庭科学”先行先试模本创新转化为构建路径为其提供了可行性。设计科学合理的现代法庭科学课程体系,则是保证公正司法、提高司法公信力、促进司法文明建设,培养大批复合型卓越法治专门人才的重要途径。In the context of accelerated modernization of the judicial system and judicial capacity, the traditional court science has shortcomings such as lagging behind the development of the times, unscientific system certification, and difficulties in adapting to internal and external constraints. The construction of modern forensic science has become an inevitable choice to adapt to the reform of adjudication-centered litigation system and promote judicial modernization. Therefore, building categorical system, broadening the research range, clarifying the orientation of interdiscipline, and meeting the demand for “four types” of talents in court science provide necessity for the development of the indiscipline. The innovative base of rich experience in discipline construction, the support of clear research objects and contents, the motivation of clear development goals, and the transformation of “modern court science” model innovation provide the feasibility for the construction path. A scientific and reasonable curriculum system design of modern court science is an important way to ensure justice, improve judicial credibility, promote the construction of judicial civilization, and train a large number of comprehensive and outstanding legal professionals.
