摘  要:为研究内河危险品船在锚地中的锚泊安全问题,规范船舶锚泊秩序,充分利用锚地资源,通过讨论危险品船发生火灾爆炸事故的影响范围与《河港总体设计规范》(JTS 166—2020)(简称《规范》)要求的锚位尺度之间的关系,对《规范》要求的锚位尺度进行修正;以不同类型船舶分区域锚泊、船舶尺度适应吃水、预留应急和临时停靠区域为布局原则,以获得最大的锚地利用率为优化目标建立船舶布局优化模型,选取模拟退火算法对模型进行求解,并选取遗传算法和粒子群优化算法进行算法对比实验。结果表明,模拟退火算法的优化效率和稳定性最高,对于提出的算例,其锚地利用率平均可达91.53%,验证了模型在优化危险品锚地船舶布局上的可行性。In order to study the anchoring safety issue of inland waterway dangerous goods ships in anchorages,standardize the ship anchoring order,and make full use of the anchorage resources,the berth scale required by the Standard for General Design of River Ports(JTS 166-2020)(the Standard,in short)is modified by discussing the relationship between the influence range of fire or explosion accidents of dangerous goods ships and the berth scale required by the Standard.The ship layout optimization model is established to maximize the utilization rate of anchorages based on the layout principles of different types of ships anchoring in different regions,the ship scale adapting to the draft,and reserving the emergency and temporary berthing area.The simulated annealing algorithm is selected to solve the model.The genetic algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm are selected to conduct the algorithm comparative experiment.The results show that,the simulated annealing algorithm is of the highest optimization efficiency and stability.For the proposed example,the average utilization rate of anchorages can reach 91.53%,which verifies the feasibility of the model in the ship layout optimization of dangerous goods anchorages.
