摘 要:为了解决连杆大端孔颈表面出现磨损和微裂纹而局部脱落引起发动机异常噪声和振动的问题,文章采用等离子喷焊技术对上述磨损连杆大端孔颈进行再制造修复;通过研究再制造修复层深度与连杆疲劳寿命之间的关系,建立修复层深度与缺陷占比、疲劳寿命之间的线性回归方程。研究得出:再制造修复连杆的疲劳寿命得到延长,磨损程度下降;当再制造修复层深度平均每增加0.1 mm,样件的相对运行寿命和缺陷占比率分别增加12.1%和降低1.43%。研究结果表明,等离子喷焊技术提高了连杆孔颈的表面质量,为再制造修复技术在连杆大端孔颈的应用提供了理论基础,为科学预测连杆的剩余运行周期提供了一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise and vibration of engine caused by wear and microcrack on the surface of connecting rod big end hole neck,plasma spray welding technology was used to repair the worn connecting rod big end hole neck.By studying the relationship between the thickness of the repair layer and the fatigue life of the connecting rod,the linear regression equation between the thickness of the repair layer and the defect ratio and the fatigue life was established.It is concluded that the fatigue life of the remanufactured connecting rod is prolonged and the wear degree decreases.When the average thickness of remanufacturing repair layer increases by 0.1 mm,the relative operation life and defect ratio of the sample increase by 12.1%and decrease by 1.43%respectively.It can be seen that the plasma spray welding technology improves the surface quality of the connecting rod hole neck,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of remanufacturing repair technology in the connecting rod big end hole neck,and provides a reference for the scientific prediction of the remaining operation cycle of the parts.
