摘 要:文章研究叠合板预埋角钢连接件与伸出“胡子筋”2种构造措施的组合梁在受力性能上的差异,分别对2根叠合板组合梁进行单点静力试验,并通过ABAQUS软件对不同剪力连接度情况下含角钢连接件的叠合板组合梁进行有限元模拟.结果表明:相对于出筋构造措施,预埋角钢连接件会增大混凝土板横向开裂风险,减小纵向开裂风险;2个试件的极限承载力几乎一致,含角钢连接件的叠合板组合梁弹性抗弯刚度更大;与增加栓钉数量相比,预埋一定数量的角钢对抗弯刚度的提升效果更加显著;预埋角钢连接件将导致真实栓钉剪力连接度大于相关规范计算值.In this paper,the differences in mechanical properties between composite beams with embedded angle steel connectors and those with beard reinforcement are studied.The single point static tests of two composite beams with composite slabs are carried out,and the finite element simulation of composite beams with laminated slabs containing angle steel connectors under different shear connection degrees is carried out by ABAQUS software.The results show that the embedded angle steel connectors increase the transverse cracking risk and reduce the longitudinal cracking risk of concrete slabs compared with the reinforcement construction measures.The ultimate bearing capacity of the two specimens is almost the same,and the elastic bending stiffness of composite beams with laminated slabs containing angle steel connectors is greater.The effect of embedding a certain number of angle steels on bending stiffness is more significant than that of increasing the number of bolts.It is proved that the embedded angle steel connectors will cause the real shear connection degree of the bolt to be greater than the calculated value of the relevant code.
