摘 要:干式预选技术可充分体现“能丢早丢、多碎少磨”的节能理念,是低品位磁铁矿进入磨选作业前实现节能降耗的一个必要措施。针对本钢集团歪头山铁矿采场矿石、排土场回收矿石的混合矿,采用新型节能干式预选技术进行干选抛废。实验室在原矿TFe品位27%左右、磁性铁占有率78%~83%的条件下,两段干选总抛废率可达42%以上,废石mFe品位低于1%;工业生产在原矿TFe品位20%~22%、磁性铁占有率60%~62%的条件下,两段干选总抛废率为40%~43%,废石mFe品位低于1%,单位原矿CO_(2)排放量降幅达21.43%,节能减碳效果显著。Dry preseparation technology can fully reflect the energy-saving concept of“early discarding,more crushing and less grinding”,which is a necessary measure to save energy and reduce consumption before low grade magnetite enters the grinding and separation operation.Aiming at the mixed ore from the pit and dump of Waitoushan Iron Mine of Benxi Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd.,a new energy-saving dry preseparation technology was adopted for dry separation and waste disposal.Under the conditions of raw ore TFe grade of 27%and magnetic iron ratio of 78%-83%,two stages of dry preseparation were adopted in the laboratory and more than 42% of the waste rock could be discarded with the waste rock mFe grade lower than 1%.Under the condition of TFe grade of raw ore of 20%—22% and magnetic iron ratio of 60%—62%in the industrial production,40%—43% of the waste rock could be discarded with the waste rock mFe grade lower than 1%,and the CO_(2) emission per unit of raw ore was reduced by 21.43%.The effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is remarkable.
