摘 要:目前碳达峰、碳中和理念逐渐成为全球共识,而磁性材料领域的可测算、可计划的碳排放评估方法和基础数据尚未建立。确定了永磁铁氧体预烧料生产碳排放的评测方法、核算边界、排放源,测算了各个生产环节中原料资源、电力、天然气产生的碳排放量和各自占比。测算结果表明,在采用排放因子法确定碳排放源和核算边界条件下,每生产1万t永磁铁氧体预烧料产生碳排放总量为5351.12 t,预烧结、球磨和干燥工序的碳排放量分别为2616.53、1412.82和886.28 t,占CO_(2)e排放总量分别为48%、26%和16%。在此基础上,提出以“源头治理、科技支撑、管理创新、协同增效”为原则的永磁铁氧体预烧料生产过程中碳排放减控思路和措施。At present,the concept of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality has gradually become a global consensus.However,measurable and predictable carbon emission assessment methods and basic data in the magnetic materials field have not been established.In this paper,the evaluation method,accounting boundary and emission source of carbon emissions from permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering materials are determined,and the carbon emissions from raw materials,electric power and natural gas in each production link and their respective proportions are calculated.The calculation results show that,under the conditions of adopting the method of carbon emission factor,determining the carbon emission source and accounting boundary,the total carbon emission reached 5351.12 t generated by each 10000 t of permanent magnet ferrite pre fired material,and the carbon emissions of pre-sintering,ball milling and drying processes are 2616.53、1412.82 and 886.28 t,respectively,accounting for 48%,26%and 16%of the total CO_(2)e emission.On this basis,the ideas and measures for carbon emission reduction and control in the production process of permanent ferrite prefired materials are proposed based on the principle of“source control,scientific and technological support,management innovation,and synergy”.
