摘 要:采用锌湿法冶金三段深度净化渣中残留的金属锌粉置换沉淀中上清液中的铜回收铜。研究净化渣加入方式、沉铜工艺参数条件对沉铜效果的影响。结果表明,将三段净化渣酸化浆化预处理,并分次加入中上清液中,在每升上清液中加入湿净化渣12.45 g、浆化液硫酸浓度15 g/L、反应温度75℃、反应时间2.0 h的条件下,沉铜率可达到90.53%,沉铜后液含Cu 161.50 mg/L,沉铜后液含铜满足锌冶炼生产深度净化工段的控制要求,铜渣经酸洗后含铜54.87%,铜回收率为89.37%,满足铜渣的外售要求。The residual metal zinc powder in the three-stage deep purification slag of zinc hydrometallurgy was used to replace the copper in the supernatant of precipitation to recover copper.The influence of adding method of purification slag and technological parameters on copper deposition was studied.The results show that after acidification and slurry pretreatment of the three-stage purification slag and adding it into the medium supernatant in several times,under the conditions of adding 12.45 g of wet purification residue,15 g/L sulfuric acid concentration of the slurry,75℃reaction temperature and 2.0 h reaction time,the copper deposition rate can reach 90.53%,and the copper content in the liquid after copper deposition is 161.50 mg/L.The copper content in the liquid after copper deposition meets the control requirements of the deep purification section of zinc smelting production.After acid washing,the copper content in the copper slag is 54.87%,and the copper recovery rate is 89.37%,meeting the requirements of copper slag for sale.
