摘  要:铜锌硫化矿中铜锌的分离一直是选矿界难题,矿浆中难免离子Cu对闪锌矿的活化使其与黄铜矿的可浮性相近,也是导致铜锌浮选分离困难的根本原因.铜锌硫化矿浮选分离药剂的研究一直备受选矿工作者关注,也是提高铜锌分离效率的关键因素之一.本文详细综述了铜锌硫化矿浮选过程中捕收剂、抑制剂以及脱药剂的研究现状,对比分析了不同类型捕收剂和抑制剂在浮选铜锌硫化矿中存在的优势和弊端,同时揭示了不同类型锌抑制剂的作用机理,阐述了脱药剂在铜锌分离中的应用.在此基础上,展望了未来铜锌硫化矿浮选分离药剂的研究方向,为提高复杂多金属铜锌硫化矿浮选分离的效果提供借鉴.Separation of copper and zinc minerals in copper-zinc sulfide ore has always been a difficult problem in concentrators.The activation of sphalerite by the inevitable ion Cuin the slurry makes it similar to the floatability of chalcopyrite, which causes the difficulty in separating copper-zinc sulfide minerals.The research of flotation separation reagents for copper-zinc sulfide ore, one of the key factors to improve the separation performance of copper-zinc sulfide ores, has always attracted much attention of mineral processors.This paper summarizes the research status of collectors, depressants and reagent removal in details.The advantages and disadvantages of different types of collectors and depressants in the flotation are compared and analyzed.The interaction mechanism of different types of zinc depressants are expounded, and the application of reagent removal in the separation of copper and zinc are discussed.On this basis, the future research trend of flotation separation reagents for copper-zinc sulfide ore is prospected, which provides a reference for improving the flotation separation performance of complex polymetallic copper-zinc sulfide ore.
