摘　　要：基孔肯雅病毒(Chikungunya Virus, CHIKV)感染会导致基孔肯雅热(Chikungunya fever),主要临床特征为发热、关节疼痛、肌痛、皮疹和头痛.CHIKV属于一种虫媒病毒,主要通过埃及伊蚊(Aedes aegypti)和白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopcitus)叮咬传播,但也会通过血液及母婴传播.CHIKV拥有非常复杂的传播链,全球面临着CHIKV疫情突发爆发的极大风险.目前,CHIKV已扩散至全球多个国家和地区,造成了数百万人感染.在中国,CHIKV中小规模疫情持续发生并累计造成数百人感染,主要是由境外输入引起.由于目前世界上还没有获得许可的疫苗或抗病毒疗法,当前CHIKV的防治策略重点在于提前预防.我国地域特殊,环境复杂,因而存在CHIKV传播流行的极大风险,相关防疫工作特别需要加强对出入境人员的防疫检测,以降低境外输入风险,阻止CHIKV在国内爆发和扩散流行.The infection of Chikungunya virus(CHIKV) can cause Chikungunya fever, a rapid-onset febrile disease characterized by intense asthenia, arthralgia, myalgia, headache, and rash.CHIKV is a re-emerging mosquito-borne arbovirus that is mainly transmitted through the bites of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus.CHIKV can also be transmitted by blood and mother-to-child transmission.The transmission chain of CHIKV is extremely complicated, and the globe is at risk of new CHIKV outbreaks.CHIKV has now spread to numerous nations and areas throughout the world, infecting millions of people.The ongoing small to medium-sized CHIKV pandemic in China has resulted in accumulative infection among hundreds of Chinese people, the majority of whom are infected by imported cases.Because there are no approved vaccines or antiviral medicines available, the key to controlling CHIKV is to prevent infection in the first place.As China is geographically and ecologically complex, there is a high risk of CHIKV spreading.To limit the risk of imported cases and further halt the outbreak and spread of CHIKV in China, it is critical to enhance quarantine inspections on people entering and departing the country in the epidemic prevention operation.
