太行钢铁选煤厂工艺设计特点分析

摘　　要：针对太行钢铁选煤厂入选原煤的特点、产品结构和总体规划,制定了主选脱泥跳汰,粗煤泥分选回收选用浓缩分级旋流器+螺旋分选机+叠层高频振动细筛+煤泥离心机+三质体高频筛,细煤泥浮选的选煤工艺;并对设备选型、设计特点等进行了介绍。选煤厂投产以来各项指标均满足设计要求,产业园区用煤供应稳定,大大减少了因市场波动给钢铁生产带来的影响,企业经济效益显著。According to the characteristics of raw coal selected,product structure,and overall planning of Taihang Iron and Steel Coal Preparation Plant,the coal preparation process of main separation,desliming and jigging,coarse coal slime separation and recovery,concentration and classification cyclone+spiral separator+multi-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screen+slime centrifuge+3-mass high-frequency screen,and fine slime flotation is formulated,and the equipment selection and design features are introduced.Since the coal preparation plant was put into operation,all indicators have met the design requirements,ensuring stable coal supply in the industrial park,greatly reducing the impact on steel production due to market fluctuations,and the economic benefits of the enterprise are significant.
