库仑测硫仪停止实验后时间间隔等因素对再次实验测值的影响分析

摘　　要：在采用库仑滴定法测定工作中,实验发现,当库仑测硫仪停止实验后,在一段时间间隔内再次做实验,实验的测值偏差较大,同时发现库仑测硫仪的电解池有无深色玻璃罩也会对测值变化产生一定影响。为提高库仑测硫仪停止实验后再次测定全硫数据的准确性,对停止实验后的时间间隔以及电解池有无深色玻璃罩对再次测值的影响进行了实验分析,取得了较好的实践效果。When the Coulomb sulfur meter is used for experiments,it will be found that after the equipment is stopped for a period of time,the measured data is sometimes normal and sometimes low,even lower than the standard value of certified coal reference materials,which exceeds the uncertainty range.It is also found that the dark glass cover or not in the electrolytic cell of Coulomb sulfur meter will also have a certain influence on the change of measured value.According to this phenomenon,the influence of the time after stopping the experiment and whether there is a dark glass cover in the electrolytic cell on the measured value is analyzed experimentally.
