选煤厂生产管理精益化提升措施分析

摘　　要：针对选煤厂生产管理中存在的问题,提出生产现场“5S”管理、机电设备TPM管理、精煤产率精益管理、看板管理等生产管理精益化提升措施,为选煤厂进一步提升生产管理精益化水平,提升发展质量和效益提供一定的借鉴。Aiming at the problems existing in the production management of coal preparation plant,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the production management lean,such as “5 S” management,TPM management of mechanical and electrical equipment,lean management of cleaned coal yield,Kanban management,etc.,in order to provide certain reference for the coal preparation plant to further improve the lean level of production management and improve the development quality and efficiency.
