摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出后,中国在海外投资的企业数量持续增长,其中企业社会责任问题引起广泛关注。中国农业发展集团(简称“中农发”)在中国农业走出去中起到了领军作用,以中农发为例,梳理总结了中农发在非洲负责任投资活动中的实践特点、困难遭遇。基于此,提出了推动中国农业企业对外负责任投资的启示,即加强跨文化的研究与管理;提升社会责任整体规划管理水平;因地制宜因时制宜参与社会公益;建立农业投资信息服务平台,提高企业抗风险能力。China's overseas investment enterprises continue to grow with the Belt and Road Initiative,and corporate social responsibility has attracted wide attention.China Agricultural Development Group(hereinafter referred to as CADG)plays a leading role in China's agricultural going global.Taking CADG as an example,the practical characteristics and difficulties of CADG's responsible investment activities in Africa were summarized.Based on this,the enlightenment of promoting responsible investment of Chinese agricultural enterprises was put forward,that is,strengthening cross-cultural research and management;improving the overall planning and management level of social responsibility;participating in social public welfare according to local conditions and time conditions;establishing an agricultural investment information service platform to improve the anti-risk ability of enterprises.
