妇科千金胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人类乳头瘤病毒感染59例临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究妇科千金胶囊与重组人干扰素α-2b(rIFN-2b)相结合对慢性宫颈炎伴人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者HPV转阴率、炎性细胞因子的影响。方法117例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者随机分为对照组(58例)和观察组(59例),分别给予rIFN-2b、rIFN-2b联合妇科千金胶囊治疗。观察及比较两组症状改善时间,治疗第1、2个月经周期结束时以及治疗结束后HPV转阴率和治疗前后阴道灌洗液炎性细胞因子。结果观察组腰骶疼痛减轻、外阴瘙痒消失及阴道分泌物减少时间均短于对照组,第1、2个月经周期结束时及治疗结束后HPV转阴率均高于对照组,治疗后TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平低于同组治疗前及同期的对照组,IL-10水平高于同组治疗前及同期的对照组(均P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合rIFN-2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染,可快速改善临床症状与体征,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Fukeqianjin capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b(rIFN-2b)on HPV negative conversion rate and inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection.Methods A total of 117 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were divided into the Control Group(58 cases)and the Observation Group(59 cases)according to random number table method,which were treated with rIFN-2b or rIFN-2b combined with Fukeqianjin capsules respectively.The time for symptom improvement,HPV negative conversion rate at the end of the first and second menstrual cycles and after treatment,and inflammatory cytokines in vaginal lavage fluid before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The Observation Group had the time for relief of lumbosacral pain,disappearance of genital itching and reduction of vaginal secretion shorter than the Control Group;At the end of the first and second menstrual cycle and after treatment,the Observation Group had the HPV negative conversion rate higher than the Control Group;After the treatment,the Observation Group had TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 level lower than those of the same group before the treatment and those of the Control Group during the same period,and had the IL-10 level higher than that of the same group before the treatment and that of the Control Group during the same period(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection with the combination of Fukeqianjin capsules and rIFN-2bcan quickly improve clinical symptoms and signs,which is worth clinical promotion.
