儿童应用抗感染药物发生不良反应的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析儿童应用抗感染药物治疗发生不良反应的影响因素。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年3月该院儿科收治的2065例应用抗感染药物治疗患儿进行前瞻性研究。统计应用抗感染药物治疗患儿不良反应发生情况,包括占比、发生时间、症状体现,采用Logistic回归分析应用抗感染药物治疗患儿发生不良反应的危险因素。结果:2065例应用抗感染药物治疗患儿中,71例发生不良反应,占3.44%;发生不良反应患儿的年龄<1岁、联合用药、用药剂量过大、用药时间≥7 d占比均高于未发生不良反应患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄<1岁、联合用药、用药剂量过大、用药时间≥7 d均为应用抗感染药物治疗患儿发生不良反应的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:年龄<1岁、联合用药、用药剂量过大、用药时间≥7 d均为应用抗感染药物治疗患儿发生不良反应的危险因素。Objective:To explore influencing factors of adverse reactions in children treated with anti-infective drugs.Methods:From May 2020 to March 2021,2065 pediatric patients treated with anti-infective drugs in this hospital were selected for the prospective study.The incidence of adverse reactions in these children was statistically analyzed,including proportion,time of occurrence,and symptoms.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of adverse reactions in the children treated with anti-infective drugs.Results:Of the 2065 children treated with antiinfective drugs,71 had adverse reactions,accounting for 3.44%.The proportions of the children with adverse reactions with age<1 year old,combined medication,excessive dosage,and medication time≥7 d were higher than those of the children without adverse reactions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age<1 year old,combined medication,excessive dosage,and medication time≥7 d were risk factors for adverse reactions in the children treated with anti-infective drugs(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age<1 year,combined medication,overdose,medication time≥7 d are the risk factors for adverse reactions in the children treated with anti-infective drugs.
