摘 要:水凝胶在心脏起搏传导中的应用近年来进展迅速。一是可诱导心肌细胞的自发活性,使其具有起搏特性;二是优化电子起搏器心肌-电极界面,通过抗炎、抗纤维化、抗传导阻滞作用提高起搏效率;三是作为起搏细胞的支架和载体,在构建起搏组织中发挥作用。水凝胶应用于生物传导的形式,则主要是将导电介质引入到水凝胶中制备成导电水凝胶,然后利用其导电性、降解吸收性、生物相容性及力学性能,直接注射或者负载功能性细胞后注射入心脏,以达到治疗恢复传导阻滞的目的。总的来说,水凝胶介导的生物起搏和传导,已展现出较大的应用潜力,将来有望成为心律失常疾病治疗的理想解决方案。The application of hydrogel in cardiac pacing and conduction has made rapid progress in recent years.Firstly,hydrogels can induce the spontaneous activity of cardiomyocytes and make them have pacing characteristics.Secondly,hydrogels can improve the electrode-tissue interface of electronic pacemakers and enhance the efficacy of cardiac pacemaker through anti-inflammatory,anti-fibrosis and anti-block effects.Thirdly,hydrogels,as a scaffold supporting pacemaker cells,play a role in the creation of pacemaker tissue.Hydrogels were found to be applicable to biological conduction.Conductive hydrogels were prepared by introducing conductive media into hydrogels.Based on their conductivity,degradability,absorption,biocompatibility and mechanical properties,they can be directly injected or loaded with functional cells and then injected into the heart to achieve the purpose of treating and restoring conduction block.In conclusion,hydrogel mediated biological pacing and conduction has shown great application potential and is expected to become an ideal solution for the treatment of arrhythmia diseases in the future.
