摘  要:平流层通信作为一种新型的通信手段,未来发展前景广阔,因此对其进行通信效能评估可以更好地为实际应用奠定基础。效能评估常常采用定性评估方法,考虑方面单一且评估简单。利用云理论的定量定性转换关系,采用云重心评估法,结合平流层通信的要素分析,提出了平流层通信系统效能评估指标体系,构建各评估指标参数的云模型并计算其加权综合云重心。最后结合实例,对平流层通信效能评估结果进行分析。As a new means of communication,stratospheric communication has broad prospects for development in the future.Therefore,the evaluation of its communication efficiency can better lay the foundation for practical application. Communication effectiveness evaluation methods often use qualitative evaluation methods,which are single consideration and simple evaluation. Using the quantitative and qualitative transformation relationship of cloud theory,using the cloud gravity center evaluation method and combined with the analysis of the elements of stratospheric communication,this paper puts forward the effectiveness evaluation index system of stratospheric communication system,and establishes the cloud model of each index and its weighted comprehensive cloud gravity center representation. Finally,combined with an example,the evaluation results of stratospheric communication efficiency are analyzed.
