摘 要:电子对抗系统的作战效能评估是一个多指标多因素的复杂问题,由于电磁对抗的环境的复杂性和不确定性,部分指标是不完全和不确定的。灰色系统理论是处理这类问题的有效工具和方法。论文以灰色理论为基础,结合某型电子对抗侦察装备作战效能相关指标和参数,构建一套电子对抗侦察系统作战效能评估体系,并且通过实例分析验证了方法的有效性和可行性,能够比较全面和客观地反映电子对抗侦察装备的作战效能。The combat effectiveness evaluation of electronic countermeasure system is a complex problem with multiple indexes and factors. Due to the complexity and uncertainty of electromagnetic countermeasure environment,some indexes are incomplete and uncertain. Grey system theory is an effective tool and method to deal with this kind of problem. In this paper,based on the grey theory,combined with a certain type of electronic reconnaissance equipment operational effectiveness against relevant indicators and parameters and to build a set of electronic countermeasure reconnaissance system operational effectiveness assessment system,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by the example analysis,can be comprehensive and objective reflection of electronic countermeasure reconnaissance equipment operational effectiveness.
