摘 要:论文设计了一种宽频响低噪声磁通门磁强计,通过对磁探头仿真优化确定了探头结构和参数,介绍了电路设计和软件设计,分析了影响频率响应范围和磁场噪声的因素,优化了反馈电阻和积分电容参数,采取了匹配电路设计和降低芯片噪声的方法,并在计量站实验室里进行了测试。测试数据表明,设计出的磁通门磁强计频率响应可以达到DC~3kHz(3dB),磁场噪声不大于10pT/Hz^(1/2)@1Hz,达到了频率响应范围宽和磁场噪声低的要求。In this paper,a wide-band response and low-noise fluxgate magnetometer is designed. The structure and parameters of the probe are determined by simulation and optimization of the magnetic probe. The circuit design and software design are introduced,the factors affecting the frequency response range and magnetic field noise are analyzed,the feedback resistance and integral capacitance parameters are optimized,the methods of matching circuit design and reducing chip noise are adopted,and tested in the laboratory of the measuring station. The test data show that the frequency response of the designed fluxgate magnetometer can reach DC~3kHz(3dB),and the magnetic field noise is no more than 10pT/Hz^(1/2)@1Hz,which meets the requirements of wide frequency response range and low magnetic field noise.
