摘  要:碳纤维复合材料(Carbon fiber reinforced polymers,CFRP)近年来被广泛应用于航空航天领域,实现其结构完整性检测对于航空航天安全至关重要。通过在有限元仿真软件COMSOL中设计平面电容传感器,得出利用该传感器的输出电容值的大小可实现对CFRP细微缺陷的检测,并通过设计有无屏蔽电极两种传感器,分析了屏蔽电极对传感器性能的影响,得出无屏蔽电极的传感器对缺陷检测量化效果更好,相关系数可达0.99以上,并搭建实验系统进行了验证。Carbon fiber reinforced polymers(CFRP)has been widely used in the field of aerospace in recent years. Its structural integrity detection is very important for aerospace safety. The planar capacitance sensor is designed in the finite element simulation software COMSOL,and it’s concluded that the output capacitance value of the sensor can be used to achieve the detection of CFRP fine defects,and the influence of the shielding electrode on the sensor performance is analyzed by designing two sensors with and without shielding electrode,and it’s concluded that the sensor without shielding electrode has better quantitative effect on the detection of defects,and the correlation coefficient can reach above 0.99. And the experimental system is built for verification.
