长山群岛旅游生态效率评价及其与旅游经济的互动响应

摘　　要：旅游生态效率是衡量旅游经济发展与环境影响之间关系的重要指标,研究旅游生态效率对于促进旅游业的绿色发展具有重要意义。运用考虑非期望产出的数据包络模型测算长山群岛旅游生态效率,通过综合线性加权法计算旅游经济发展水平,并借助向量自回归模型分析二者间的互动响应关系,结果表明:2004-2019年,长山群岛旅游生态效率均值为0.50,处于中等水平,综合效率主要受到规模效率的影响,技术效率对综合效率的影响甚微;旅游生态效率总体呈现递减-递增-递减-递增的“W”型上升趋势,且在2017-2019年间达到了最优水平;旅游生态效率与旅游经济发展之间相互作用程度存在差异,旅游生态效率对旅游经济发展的拉动作用更大。基于以上结论,文章提出了提高长山群岛旅游生态效率的针对性建议。Tourism eco-efficiency is an important index to measure the relationship between tourism economic development and environmental impact. The tourism eco-efficiency of Changshan Islands was measured by SBM Model based on undesired output, and VAR Model is used to explore the interactive response relationship between tourism ecological efficiency and tourism economic development level. The results show that: From 2004 to 2019, the average eco-efficiency of tourism in Changshan Islands is 0.52, which is at the middle level. The correlation between comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency is greater, and scale efficiency is the key to determine the comprehensive efficiency.The overall ecological efficiency of tourism showed a "W" trend of decreasing, increasing, decreasing and increasing returns to scale, and reached the optimal level in 2017 and 2019.There is a positive interaction between tourism ecological efficiency and the development level of tourism economy, but the degree of interaction is different. Tourism ecological efficiency has a greater pull on the development level of tourism economy. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions to improve the ecological efficiency of island tourism.
