摘　　要：科技创新是驱动现代林业发展的内生动力,准确掌握并测算出林业科技进步贡献率是湖北省林业主管部门和广大林业工作者关注的焦点问题。本研究在大量调研和数据处理分析基础上,分别运用索洛余值法、永续盘存法、回归法等,对“十二五”至“十三五”期间湖北省林业科技进步贡献率进行了测算分析,结果表明:湖北省“十二五”至“十三五”期间林业科技进步贡献率总平均达52.06%,“十二五”至“十三五”时期全省林业科技进步贡献率呈现了显著的增长趋势。但通过分析和对比,也发现湖北省林业经济增长中各要素发展不充分、不平衡、不协调问题仍然突出,进而提出了依靠科技创新促进湖北省省林业科技进步贡献率进一步提高的针对性对策建议。Scientific and technological innvoation is the symbol of modern forestry.Accurately measuring the contribution of scientific and technological progress to the development of forestry economy is the focus of attention of forestry authorities and forestry workers in Hubei Province.Based on a large number of investigations and data processing and analysis,this study calculates and analyzes the contribution rate of forestry science and technology progress in Hubei Province during the period from the 12th Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan by using the Solow residual value method,the perpetual inventory method and the regression method.The results showed that the total contribution rate of forestry science and technology progress in Hubei Province during the period from the 12th Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan was 52.06%on average,and the contribution rate of forestry science and technology progress in Hubei Province during the period from the 12th Five-Year Plan to the 13th Five-Year Plan shows an obvious increasing trend.However,through analysis and comparison,it was also found that the development of various factors in the forestry economic growth in Hubei Province was still insufficient,unbalanced and uncoordinated,and then put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the contribution rate of forestry scientific and technological progress in Hubei Province by relying on scientific and technological innovation.
