摘　　要：文章用内容分析法归纳了100篇文献内容,揭示了高校教师知识管理定义、内涵、特征、核心内容及研究框架,并从系统构建、管理工具、领域应用三方面阐述了国内高校教师知识管理研究进展,系统构建包括体系结构、功能模块、运行机理;管理工具分常用工具和辅助工具;应用集中于数字图书馆、知识工程、远程教学、教师专业发展等领域。Using the content analysis method,the authors sum up the contents of 100 articles,introduces the definition,connotation,characteristic,core content and research framework of knowledge management of university teachers,and reveal its research development in China from three aspects of system building,management tools and domain application. System building include system structure,function module and operation mechanism. Management tools divided into common tools and auxiliary tools. Applications focus on digital libraries,knowledge engineering,distance learning,teacher professional development and other fields.
