摘 要:为了满足应急装备高机动性、高承载力要求,采用结构力学方法研究了构型参数对剪式可展桥梁结构性能的影响.根据虚位移原理,建立了移动集中荷载作用下两端固定铰支座剪式结构的一般力学模型,推导了各剪叉杆的内力表达式及杆件最大正应力表达式,并以强度控制下剪式可展桥梁结构最轻质量设计为目标,结合定义的剪式结构质量影响系数,获得剪叉杆件水平夹角与标准单元数、剪叉杆件形状系数之间的最优关系.结果表明,最优水平夹角随标准单元数增大而增大,随剪叉杆件形状系数的增大而减小.最小质量影响系数随剪叉杆件形状系数的增大而增大.当标准单元数较小时,偶数标准单元的最小质量影响系数小于相邻的奇数标准单元;当标准单元数较大时,最小质量影响系数随标准单元数的增大而增大.To meet the requirements of high mobility and high carrying capacity of emergency equipment,the influence of configuration parameters on the structural performance of scissor deployable bridges was studied by the structural mechanics method.Based on the principle of virtual displacement,the general mechanical model of the scissor structure with pin supports at both ends under a traversing point load was established.The expressions of the internal force and the maximum stress of each scissor member were derived.Aiming at the lightest weight design of the scissor deployable bridge on the basis of material strength,the optimal relationship between the horizontal angle of the scissor member and the number of standard units and the shape coefficient of the scissor member was obtained by considering the defined mass influence coefficient of the scissor structure.The results show that the optimal horizontal angle increases with the increase of the number of the standard units,and decreases with the increase of the shape coefficient of the scissor member.The minimum mass influence coefficient increases with the increase of the shape coefficient of the scissor member.When the number of standard units is small,the minimum mass influence coefficient of the even standard units is smaller than that of the adjacent odd standard units.However,when the number of the standard units is large,the minimum mass influence coefficient increases with the increase of the number of the standard units.
