摘  要:为改善用于岛礁建设的珊瑚礁砂吹填场地强度和稳定性能,采用最大密度曲线理论设计级配方案.通过重型击实、表面振动压实、无侧限抗压强度和承载比(CBR)试验测定吹填材料的力学性能,采用贝雷法评价并提出最终级配设计方案.结果表明:相同粗颗粒质量分数和最大粒径下,重型击实试验中的混合料最大干密度小于表面振动压实试验;粗颗粒质量分数60%的级配混合料7 d无侧限抗压强度(掺入水泥质量分数为2%)最大;CBR试验中粗颗粒质量分数由40%增长到60%时级配混合料嵌挤作用更明显,CBR值呈现快速增长.最大粒径为53.0和31.5 mm及粗颗粒质量分数为60%的级配珊瑚礁砂吹填混合料致密性更强,在压实度、强度等方面均优于其他级配,浅表层地基振动压实加固效果较好,可推广在滨海浅表层地基振动压实加固工程中应用.To improve the strength and stability of the coral reef and sand reclamation site used for island reef construction,the maximum density curve theory was adopted to design a gradation scheme.The mechanical properties of the hydraulic fill material were measured through heavy compaction,surface vibration compaction,unconfined compressive strength and California bearing ratio(CBR)tests,and the final gradation design scheme was evaluated and proposed by the Berry method.The results show that the maximum dry density of the mixture in the heavy compaction test is less than that in the surface vibration compaction test with the same mass fraction of coarse particles and maximum particle size.The 7 d unconfined compression strength of the graded mixture with 60%mass fraction of coarse particles(the mass fraction of cement added is 2%)reaches the maximum.In the CBR test,when the mass fraction of coarse particles increases from 40%to 60%,the embedding effect of the coral reef and sand blowing filling mixture is more obvious,leading to a rapid growth of the CBR value.The graded coral reefs and sand-filled mixtures with a maximum particle size of 53.0 and 31.5 mm,and 60%mass fraction of coarse particles are denser than the other grades in terms of compactness and strength.The effect of vibration compaction and reinforcement of shallow surface foundation is good,which can be widely applied in coastal shallow surface foundation vibration compaction and reinforcement project.
