摘　　要：目的 为医疗机构药事管理提供新思路。方法 构建可传送电子药品检验报告(简称药检报告)的药检报告追溯系统,设计串联医疗机构客户端、配送公司、物流端的药检报告传递流程,并应用于医院药品验收工作中药检报告的电子化管理。结果 电子药检报告通过药检报告追溯系统从物流端传送至医疗机构,接收后可永久储存。药检报告追溯系统的应用,减少了药品验收环节所需人力成本,节省了药品资料储备空间,显著减少了历史药检报告的追溯查找时间。结论 药检报告追溯系统提升了药事管理工作效率,有利于推动医院药事管理的信息化发展。Objective To provide new ideas for pharmacy management in medical institutions.Methods A traceability system for drug test reports that could transmit electronic drug test reports was established,and the transmission process of drug test reports that could be connected with medical institution client-sides,delivery companies and logistics terminals was designed for the electronic management of drug test reports in hospital drug acceptance.Results The electronic drug test reports could be sent by the drug test report traceability system from the logistics companies to medical institutions,and those could be stored permanently after acceptance. The application of the drug test report traceability system reduced the labor cost required in the drug acceptance process,saved the drug data storage space,and significantly reduced the tracing and searching time of historical drug test reports.Conclusion The drug test report traceability system improves the efficiency of pharmacy work and is conducive to promoting the information development of hospital pharmacy management.
