养正消积胶囊联合EC方案治疗局限期小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨养正消积胶囊联合依托泊苷+卡铂(EC方案)治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 选取医院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的局限期小细胞肺癌患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均采用EC方案治疗,观察组患者加服养正消积胶囊。两组均以3周为1个周期,连续治疗4个周期。结果 观察组总有效率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的40.00%(P <0.05);两组患者中医主次症及营卫不和证各主要症状评分、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率相当(22.00%比16.00%,P> 0.05)。结论 养正消积胶囊联合EC方案治疗小细胞肺癌可提高临床疗效,改善患者的营卫不和证及中医主次症,降低血清VEGF水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules combined with etoposide + carboplatin(EC regimen) in the treatment of patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with EC regimen,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules. Both groups were treated continuously for four cycles with three weeks as a cycle.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80. 00%,which was significantly higher than 40. 00% in the control group(P < 0. 05). The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) primary and secondary symptoms,the scores of disharmony syndrome between Ying and Wei,and the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the the observation group was similar to that in the control group(22. 00% vs. 16. 00%,P > 0. 05).Conclusion Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules combined with EC regimen in the treatment of small cell lung cancer can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the TCM primary and secondary symptoms and the disharmony syndrome between Ying and Wei,and reduce the level of serum VEGF.
