摘 要:本研究以东门林场3个尾叶桉U517、U520、U524作为母本,8个粗皮桉P96、P97、P98、P100、P102、P103、P104、P105作为父本,按照测交遗传交配设计进行控制授粉,基于杂交子代的生长表现分析亲本的配合力,旨在为选育速生、抗性强的尾粗桉杂交新品种提供亲本选配理论依据。结果表明:不同杂交组合的胸径、树高、单株材积、分枝呈极显著差异,冠幅呈显著差异,重复区组间的差异不显著;父本的一般配合力(GCA)达极显著水平,父本较母本有优势;亲本的特殊配合力(SCA)达到极显著程度;父本粗皮桉P97的胸径、单株材积的一般配合力相对效应值最大,特殊配合力相对效应值较大,同时在各性状上均是正向效应,适合作为杂交父本。U524×P105组合在胸径、单株材积上的特殊配合力相对效应值最高,在今后杂交育种中可作为高特殊配合力组合加以利用。Three Eucalyptus urophylla genotypes U517,U520 and U524 in Dongmen forest farm were used as female parents in this study with eight E.pellita genotypes P96,P97,P98,P100,P102,P103,P104,P105 used as male parents for controlled pollination according to a cross-testing mating design.The combining abilities of parents were analyzed based on the growth performance of their hybrid offspring.The aim of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of parents for new eucalypt hybrid varieties with rapid growth and strong resistance.The results showed that there were significant differences in DBH,tree height,individual volume,branch and crown width among different hybrid combinations,but there were no significant differences among duplicate groups.The general combining ability(GCA)of male parents reached a very significant level,and male parents had an advantage over female parents.The specific combining ability(SCA)of the parents was extremely significant.The value of GCA was largest for DBH and individual volume,and the value of SCAs were generally largest for the paternal genotype P97.Meanwhile,the GCAs and SCAs for all traits were positive.The hybrid combination U524×P105 had the highest value of SCA for DBH and individual volume,and this specific hybrid combination could be used as a high specific combining ability combination in future crossbreeding.
