热再生沥青路面养护车RAP加热均匀性分析

摘　　要：针对热再生沥青路面养护车再生沥青混合料(RAP)的加热均匀性问题,分别建立了改进前后养护车搅拌加热机构的三维模型;根据离散单元法和传热学理论借助EDEM软件,对不同搅拌加热装置的RAP搅拌加热过程进行了仿真;并通过施工现场试验进行了对比分析,得到了改进前后沥青混合料的温度分布以及温度变化规律。结果表明:三叶片螺旋搅拌刀的增加能够降低混合料温度分布方差,搅拌加热均匀性更好;随着三叶片螺旋搅拌刀螺旋叶片外圆螺旋升角从30°增加到35°,混合料温度方差由8.62下降到8.37,加热效率提升由1.26%增加到4.70%;增加35°螺旋搅拌刀的搅拌加热装置加热效率比原始搅拌加热装置提升29.73%。Aiming at the heating uniformity of the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)of the hot recycled asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle,three-dimensional models of the mixing and heating mechanism of the maintenance vehicle before and after improvement were established.According to the discrete element method and heat transfer theory,the mixing and heating process of RAP with different stirring and heating devices was simulated with the help of EDEM software.The temperature distribution and temperature change rule of asphalt mixture before and after improvement were obtained through comparative analysis of construction site tests.The results show that:the addition of the three-blade spiral stirring knife can reduce the variance of the temperature distribution of the mixture,and the uniformity of stirring and heating is better.As the spiral angle of the outer circle of the spiral blade of the three-blade spiral stirring knife increases from 30°to 35°,the temperature variance of the mixture decreases from 8.62 to 8.37,and the heating efficiency addition increases from 1.26%to 4.70%.The heating efficiency of the stirring and heating device with a 35-degree spiral stirring knife is increased by 29.73%compared with the original stirring and heating device.
