摘　　要：落星村大量集中产出全球最古老的海生爬行动物化石,位于湖北远安国家化石产地和化石群国家地质公园的核心区。为加快推动其珍贵化石资源保护开发和乡村振兴,远安县政府2015年开始在此地实施“化石村”建设工程,并取得了重要进展和成绩。为明确远安化石村下一阶段发展主要目标,通过充分收集和分析前人在此完成的化石调查研究、保护管理和开发利用资料,并结合实地调研、对接相关政府部门和开展规划研究,认真梳理落星化石村建设发展现状和存在问题,重点论证提出其未来几年的主要任务及相关重点工作,即远安化石村要以化石保护为根本前提,加快创新建设映沟、张家湾等关键化石产地和节点,在彰显化石特色同时进一步融入区域发展,努力成为中国真正以化石保护利用促进乡村振兴发展的示范区;研究同时认为,远安化石村建设思路和实践过程对贫困偏远山区的化石保护工作有着重要借鉴意义,证明化石保护管理可与乡村振兴发展、生态环境治理以及地质科学研究等工作互促互进,这是地质遗迹保护利用又一创新路径。Rare and valuable early Triassic marine reptile fossils are found in Luoxing village,Yuan’an County,Hubei Province. It is the core area of Yuan’an National Fossil Production Area and the National Geopark of Fossil in Hubei Province. In order to accelerate the protection and development of its precious fossil resources and rural revitalization,the Yuan’an County Government began to implement the “Fossil Village”construction project in 2015 and has made important progress and achievements. In order to strengthen the top-level design and clarify the main objectives of the next stage of development of Yuan’an Fossil Village,through the full collection and analysis of the fossil investigation and research,protection management and development and utilization data completed by the predecessors,on this basis,the next planning and development objectives and relevant key work in the next few years are discussed and put forward. That is to say,fossil villages should take fossil protection as the fundamental premise,accelerate the innovative construction of key fossil producing areas and nodes such as Yinggou and Zhangjiawan,further integrate into regional development while highlighting fossil characteristics,and strive to become a demonstration area for China to truly promote rural revitalization and development with fossil protection and utilization. At the same time,the research also believes that the construction idea and practice process of Yuan’an Fossil Village have important reference significance for the fossil protection work in poor and remote mountainous areas. It proves that fossil protection management can promote each other with rural revitalization and development,ecological environment governance and geological scientific research,which is another innovative path for the protection and utilization of geological relics.
