摘 要:为了探析茴香伴生栽培薄皮甜瓜条件下根系的抗枯萎病能力,以薄皮甜瓜单作为对照(CK),薄皮甜瓜/茴香伴生栽培为处理组(T),系统分析了在接种尖孢镰刀菌甜瓜专化型病原菌(FOM)条件下薄皮甜瓜根系中抗枯萎病相关物质含量及酶活性的变化特征。结果表明,T处理能够显著促进薄皮甜瓜根系生长,显著降低甜瓜枯萎病发病率。在接种FOM的5~15 d时,T处理显著降低了薄皮甜瓜根系中丙二醛含量,且在接种FOM的5 d和15 d时类黄酮含量显著高于CK。另外,在接种FOM的10~15 d时,T处理也显著增加了薄皮甜瓜根系中总酚含量、提升了过氧化物酶活性和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性。在接种FOM的0~5 d时,T处理薄皮甜瓜根系中β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性较CK显著升高。在接种FOM的15 d时,T处理薄皮甜瓜根系中多酚氧化酶活性也较CK显著升高。可见,茴香伴生栽培能够促进薄皮甜瓜根系生长,并能够显著诱导薄皮甜瓜根系中抗枯萎病相关物质含量升高和相关酶活性增强。In order to analyze the ability of oriental melon root resistance to Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.melonis(FOM)with fennel companion cultivation,we studied the changes of the related substances contents,enzymes activities to FOM resistance of oriental melon root with fennel companion cultivation after FOM inoculation,using the oriental melon monoculture as the control(CK)and the oriental melon/fennel companion cultivation as the treatment(T).The results showed that T treatment significantly accelerated the root growth of oriental melon and reduced the incidence rate of melon Fusarium wilt.From 5 to 15 days of FOM inoculation,T treatment significantly reduced MDA contents and increased the flavonoid contents of oriental melon root at 5 days and 15 days of FOM inoculation.Meanwhile,T treatment even significantly increased the content of total phenol and the activities of POD and PAL of the oriental melon root from 10 to 15 days of FOM inoculation.Furthermore,T treatment significantly enhanced the activities ofβ-1,3-glucanase from 0 to 5 days of FOM inoculation and PPO of the oriental melon root on 15 days of FOM inoculation,respectively.Obviously,the fennel companion cultivation could promote the root growth of oriental melon,and significantly induce the increase of Fusarium wilt resistance-related substances and enzyme activities in the oriental melon roots.
