摘 要:为明确茭白叶堆肥的潜在应用价值,采用露地栽培,研究了茭白叶堆肥的不同原料和使用量对青菜产量、品质和土壤状况的影响。结果表明,添加猪粪的堆肥在22.5 t·hm^(-2)施肥量下,青菜维生素C含量(w,后同)最高,为54.30 mg·100 g^(-1),在7.5 t·hm^(-2)施肥量下青菜可溶性糖含量最高,为4.39%。添加鸡粪堆肥后在37.5 t·hm^(-2)用量下土壤的过氧化氢酶活性和脲酶活性分别达2.72 mL·g^(-1)和360.74 U·g^(-1),分别比商品有机肥提高8.80%和4.69%。研究表明,茭白叶堆肥对青菜产量、蔬菜品质和土壤质量均有提高。To explore the application potential of Zizania latifolia leaves compost,the effect of raw materials of the compost and amount of the compost used on the production and quality of pakchoi and soil properties under open filed cultivation was evaluated.The highest vitamin C content(54.30 mg·100 g^(-1))of pakchoi was observed in the pig manure composting amount of 22.5 t·hm^(-2).The highest soluble sugar content of pakchoi(4.39%)was observed in the pig manure compsting amount of 7.5 t·hm^(-2).The soil catalase and urease activity reached 2.72 mL·g^(-1)and 360.74 U·g^(-1)when 37.5 t·hm^(-2)composts made from chicken manure were added,which were 8.80%and 4.69%higher than that added with conventional organic fertilizer.The results indicated application potentials of Zizania latifolia compost in vegetable production and soil quality improvement.
